He is a graduate of Economics from the University of Lagos and an Associate of the Institute of Certified Accountants of Nigeria. His work experience covers Barclays Bank of Nigeria (now Union Bank of Nigeria) and Central Bank of Nigeria. At the CBN, Mr. Atoloye spent over 30 years in various departments, including a 4 year stint at International Monetary Fund (IMF) before he retired as a Director, Banking and Payments System in June 2011. He is currently a missionary worker.
He is a graduate of Economics from the University of Ibadan and a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, with over 35 years of Investment Banking and Business Finance experience. His work experience covers the Central Bank of Nigeria, Securities and Exchange Commission, Afribank Plc, NAL Bank Plc and Equatorial Trust Bank Limited.
Mr. Lawore is an Authorised Dealing Clerk of The Nigerian Stock Exchange and a membership committee member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers.
Prof. Okafor is a graduate of Electrical Engineering and a Phd Holder from the University of Lagos, a Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, a Member of the German Society of Electrical Engineers and several other engineering professional associations both locally and abroad. His work experience spans almost 3 decades in the University of Lagos where he started as a Graduate Assistant in 1985 and became an Associate Professor in Electrical Engineering in October 2002. He was the Special Assistant to the President on Power Sector reforms and handled several major power project reforms in Nigeria most notably the National Integrated Power Project (NIPP).
Olusola is a graduate of Accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University and holds Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from The Polytechnic Ibadan. He is a Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria and Associate member Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. He is an authorized Dealing Clerk of Nigeria Stock Exchange. Olusola has 16 years work experience that cut across banking, pension fund custody, asset management and insurance fund management among others. He joined Integrated Trust and Investment Limited in June 2020.
Mrs. Lawore holds an LLB in Law from University of Lagos and BL from Nigerian Law School, Victoria Island-Lagos. She is a member of Nigerian Bar association (NBA), a legal practitioner and an advocate with over 15 years experience in legal practice. She also has a Higher National Diploma in Secretarial Studies from Auchi Polytechnic, Edo State.
Her work experience covers Unipetrol Nigeria Plc (now Oando Plc) where she rose to the position of Corporate Affairs Manager.
Mr. Anaba holds a B.sc in Management Studies from University of Calabar, MBA (Banking & Finance) from Enugu State University. He is a member of several professional bodies such as Nigerian Institute of Management, Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, Institute of Capital Market Registrars etc. He has attended courses at University of Liverpool and Harvard Business School.
His work experience covers Nicon Insurance Plc, First Bank of Nigeria, Cross River State, NIC Securities & Trust Ltd and Niger Insurance Plc. At NIC Securities, Mr. Anaba worked for 5 years where he rose to the position of the General Manager/CEO.
Mr. Anaba worked for 20 years in Niger Insurance Plc and rose to the position of Deputy General Manager, Investment & Treasury in 2017 before voluntarily leaving the company in 2017.
He was a Director in several companies such as Pharmadeko Plc, Premier Paints Plc, Eko Hospital Plc etc.
